Job Summary

The Internal Sales Representative (Campaign Specialist) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing internal sales campaigns to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional who excels in identifying sales opportunities, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and executing campaigns that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities to include:

  1. Sales Campaign Management

    • Plan, develop, and execute internal sales campaigns to meet revenue targets and strategic goals.

    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create aligned and impactful campaigns.

    • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies to maximize outcomes.

  2. Lead Generation & Nurturing

    • Identify and qualify sales leads through targeted campaigns.

    • Follow up on inbound leads generated by campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication.

    • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

  3. Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with sales goals.

    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

  4. Sales Reporting & Administration

    • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics.

    • Prepare regular reports and insights for management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

    • Sales administration duties and maintenance of master data/digital assets for sales function.

  5. Customer Ordering Portal/ E-Commerce Website

    • Development and maintenance of a Customer Ordering Portal / E-Commerce website which facilitates online orders from business customers.


Key Skills & Qualification

  • Experience in sales, with a focus on campaign management or lead generation.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and e-commerce website development/maintenance

  • Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.

  • Previous experience in B2B sales.

This role is ideal for an energetic and self-motivated sales professional who thrives on achieving results and building strong relationships within an organization. This role is advertised as fulltime but for the right candidate we are flexible regarding hours.
