About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisorto oversee daily operations within our gardencare, agriculture, and husbandry warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hands-on warehouse experience, and knowledge of agricultural products.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch)
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff
Manage inventory of garden care, agricultural, and husbandry products
Ensure proper storage conditions for seeds, fertilizers, tools, feed, and related goods
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
Enforce health & safety standards and company procedures
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Requirements
Proven experience in a Warehouse Supervisor (or similar) role
Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or husbandrypreferred
Valid forklift license (essential)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems
Knowledge of health & safety regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience handling agricultural products (fertilizers, pesticides, feed, etc.)
Basic IT skills (e.g., inventory systems, MS Office)
